4. How to File a Copyright Complaint (DMCA Notice)

5. Processing of Valid Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, xxxdark.com will:

  • Review the complaint to confirm it meets legal requirements.

  • Notify the user or external partner responsible for providing the link or embed (where identifiable).

6. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material has been removed or disabled in error, you may submit a Counter-Notification to xxxdark.com. Your Counter-Notification must include:

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

9. Removal of Illegal or Prohibited Content
