Notice / Action Policy (Link Removal)

1. Introduction

XXXDark.com is an adult content search and aggregation website. We display thumbnails, descriptions, and/or text links that direct users to adult-oriented content hosted on third-party websites (“Source Sites”).
We do not host, upload, or store any videos on our servers. All content is embedded or linked from external sources publicly available on the internet.

We expect all linked Source Sites to comply with applicable content laws, including the prohibition of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual pornography, or other illegal content.

If you believe any content linked or embedded on XXXDark.com violates our Acceptable Content Policy, privacy rights, or copyright laws, you may report it according to the procedures described below.

2. Procedure 1 – Privacy Rights (GDPR and Related Rights)

If you wish to remove personal data (such as images or videos that identify you), please provide the following information via email to privacy@xxxdark.com:

  • Each URL or hyperlink where you appear or are identified;
  • A short explanation of the content you wish to have removed;
  • Proof that you are the person shown or legally authorized to act for them;
  • A clear statement requesting removal of the link, thumbnail, and/or related text.

If the content resides on a Source Site we link to, we will forward your request to the site’s operator for direct removal. Once it is removed at the source, the content will no longer appear on XXXDark.com.

Requests that apply only to our site (thumbnails or links) will be reviewed and acted upon within 30 days.

3. Procedure 2 – General Notice Procedure (Illegal or Harmful Content)

If you believe that a thumbnail, description, or link displayed on XXXDark.com leads to illegal or policy-violating content, please report it to abuse@xxxdark.com with:

  • The full URL(s) of the content;
  • A brief description of the violation;
  • (Optional) Supporting evidence or screenshots.

Reports involving CSAM or CSEM are treated with the highest urgency. Verified cases will result in immediate removal of links and referral to relevant authorities.

We will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your report within two weeks.
  • Review your report and, if valid, remove the content or forward it to the Source Site.
  • Notify you (if an email is provided) of the outcome.

We may suspend or terminate partnerships with Source Sites that repeatedly violate our policies.

4. Procedure 3 – DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Notice

If you believe that a link or embed on XXXDark.com infringes your U.S. copyright, you may submit a DMCA Notice to dmca@xxxdark.com including the following:

  1. Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email;
  2. The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content;
  3. A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
  4. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate;
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the linked or embedded content;
  • Notify the Source Site or user who provided it;
  • Allow a counter-notice if they believe the removal was an error.

5. DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • A description of the material removed;
  • The URL where it appeared;
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake;
  • Your name, address, phone, and email;
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your local district court;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

6. Abuse of the DMCA Process

Submitting false or misleading DMCA claims can result in legal liability, including damages, costs, and attorney’s fees under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). Please submit notices only if you are certain of your claim.

7. Final Provisions

  • XXXDark.com reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
  • Users and Source Sites are responsible for reviewing this page regularly.
  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal content and repeat infringers.
